Its upscale tenants include Saks Fifth Avenue, Polo Ralph Lauren, Williams Sonoma, Talbot’s, The Gap and Ann Taylor.

In its role as a master land developer, Courtelis Company has orchestrated the development of mixed-use communities that encompass in excess of 10,000 acres and 15,000 residential units.
Briar Bay Urban Park is a prime example of a 300 acre community which not only includes outstanding retail projects such as The Falls, The Prado and Briar Bay Shopping Center, but 1,500 residences, an executive golf course and a tennis center, all located in what has become one of South Florida’s most desirable communities.
