Courtelis Company has been responsible for the development of more than 4 million square feet of successful retail environments, from neighborhood shopping centers to upscale specialty centers such as The Waterside Shops, a 250,000 square foot specialty center in Naples, Florida set in an open air environment with lush tropical landscaping, lagoons and reflecting pools. Its upscale tenants include Saks Fifth Avenue, Polo Ralph Lauren, Williams Sonoma, Talbot’s, The Gap and Ann Taylor.

Courtelis Development have been recognized by the Urban Land Institute and the ICSC for its innovative design and concept.

Master Land Development

Land development requires the ability to transform raw land into a comprehensive plan that is functional and aesthetically pleasing. In its role as a master land developer, Courtelis Company has orchestrated the development of mixed-use communities that encompass in excess of 10,000 acres and 15,000 residential units.

Briar Bay Urban Park is a prime example of a 300 acre community which not only includes outstanding retail projects such as The Falls, The Prado and Briar Bay Shopping Center, but 1,500 residences, an executive golf course and a tennis center, all located in what has become one of South Florida’s most desirable communities.

Residential Development

  Courtelis Company is actively involved in development of affordable housing communities throughout. Since 1998, Courtelis Company has opened 1500 new units in projects such as Grande Court in Kissimmee, Stonebridge Landings in Orlando, Grande Court and Deer Meadow in Jacksonville.
