Land for master development:
For master and development projects we are seeking land that is either entitled or not fully entitled for development, i.e. the land needs zoning or other pre-development work.
Retail development and redevelopment opportunities:
We are actively pursuing retail opportunities, from raw commercial land to mixed-use projects, to turnaround properties requiring re-tenanting, repositioning, renovation, and rehabilitation.
Multifamily housing projects, including Affordable Housing projects and condominium conversion properties.
Joint Venture projects where our development (including obtaining necessary government approvals and permits at all levels), leasing, construction and property management expertise, combined with our ability to provide equity and react quickly on a potential project, can yield substantial returns for our partners.
