Courtelis Company is pleased to announce a new retail lease, bringing additional excitement to Fifth Avenue South, Naples’ premier Live-Work-Play District. Gallery One is opening a new Art Gallery with 2,650 sq. ft. of additional showroom space at 780 Fifth Avenue South. Gallery One has been showcasing fine art and contemporary crafts in Naples since 1992, and features one of the largest selections of art glass in Florida.

Courtelis Company leases and manages eight properties on Fifth Avenue South for a major institutional fund, totaling 140,000 sq. ft. of commercial/residential space. The company has been in business since 1963, developing-leasing and managing properties throughout Florida.
