Pembroke Pines, FL. 11/29/2016

Publix Supermarket, one of the largest and fastest growing supermarket chains in the United States, will anchor the newest shopping center in Pembroke Pines – City Center with a 45,600 SF store. The exciting new lifestyle shopping center will be located at SWC of Pines Boulevard and Palm Avenue and will have 200,000-square-foot of retail, restaurant and entertainment. The project is being developed by Terra City Center Investments LLC.

Having a Publix as an anchor tenant will further position City Center Pembroke Pines as one of the prime shopping destinations in the area.

“We’re finding that once retailers learn about the activity that will be generated at the site, the household and daytime demographics in-place, and the strength of the developer, their interest in locating at the project and Pembroke Pines only intensifies,” said Rod Castan, of Courtelis Company, the leasing broker for Pembroke Pines City Center.

Rod Castan and Jim Zaydon of Courtelis Company represented Terra Group in the lease negotiation with Publix and continue to represent Terra Group in the leasing of the remaining available space in City Center Pembroke Pines.
