We are proud to announce that Courtelis Company’s Senior Leasing Manager is closing the year out strong! Jim Zaydon has signed 4 new leases in the last week of the Year for 16000 Pines Market and Pines City Center in Pembroke Pines, Florida.

New tenants joining the 16000 Pines Market roster will now include:

MD Now, which will be occupying 2,576 SF in the outparcel building for an Urgent Care facility. MD Now is the fastest-growing urgent care provider in the state of Florida.

Tropical Smoothie Café, a national fast-casual cafe concept that is best known for its smoothies and delicious food with a tropical twist, will be joining the Pines Market lineup, with their 1,134sf restaurant.

At the Pines City Center, CoreLife Eatery, a healthy lifestyle restaurant, joins the lineup with a 2,576 SF Lease. This fast-casual concept personifies the old saying “you are what you eat” will be located in the second phase of the shopping center adjoining the UFC Fitness Center.   

Pinkberry Frozen Yogurt, a well-known frozen desert concept, founded in 2005 and operating over 260 locations nationwide has also signed up at Pines City Center. Pinkberry will be occupying 1,403SF in the second phase of the Project.
