<p>Charles Schwab &amp;  Company will be opening a 1,500 sq. ft. retail office at the Cascades Shoppes,  located at 4848 S. Apopka Vineland Road, Orlando, Florida   32819.  The office will offer  retail securities brokerage and financial services.  </p>
<p>The Cascades is a 68,904  sq. ft. shopping center anchored by Publix and Chase Bank.  The shopping center  was developed by Courtelis Company.</p>
<p>Rod Castan, President of  Leasing &amp; Management Services for Courtelis Company, handled this transaction  in cooperation with Michael Battey of CB Richard Ellis, who represented the  Tenant.</p>

<p>The company has leased  space to Party City,  a 11,585 sq. ft. store, adjacent to Hialeah   Gardens High    School.  Party City  is America&rsquo;s largest  specialty party goods chain with more than 600 stores in the United States and Puerto   Rico.</p>
<p>The Shopping Center will  open in late summer 2012 and will be anchored by Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market  and a Chase Bank.  </p>

<p>Courtelis Company has leased six new spaces totaling 27,113 sq. ft. at the Granada Shoppes in North Naples in the Fourth Quarter of 2011, including:  Florida’s first Trader Joe’s Market (13,990 sq. ft.); Moe’s Southwest Grill (2,600 sq. ft.); Advance Auto Parts (6,063 sq. ft.); Hair Color Xperts (1,760 sq. ft.); Truly Organic Pizza (1,500 sq. ft.); and Sunbuilt Design (1,200 sq. ft.).</p>
<p>“These leases represent a significant positive turn in the Naples retail market and are the product of a tremendous amount of hard work on the part of our entire leasing and management staff”, announced Rod Castan, President of Courtelis Company Leasing and Management.</p>
<p>Granada Shoppes is a 300,000 sq. ft. community shopping center developed by Courtelis Company and Barron Collier Company at the southeast corner of Immokalee Road and U.S. 41 in North Naples.  The Shopping Center was developed in 2001 and includes Marshalls, Haverty’s, Walgreens, and Pier One as its major tenants.</p>

<p>Courtelis Company has represented Vitafoods, the Fuddruckers local area developer in the leasing of two new location on two of Miami’s most prominent retail streets, South Dixie Highway and Kendall Drive. Fuddruckers was founded in 1980, to provide the “World’s Greatest Hamburger”.</p>
<p>The first new location will open early 2012 in 7,643 sq. ft. on South Dixie Highway and SW 148th Street in Palmetto Bay, just south of The Falls Shopping Center. The second new location will open at the Garden Village Shopping Center, which is planned to be built in 2012 on Kendall Drive and SW 153rd Avenue, just east of the new Baptist West Kendall Hospital. Vitafoods has leased 6,000 sq. ft. at the West Kendall location. Vitafoods owns and operates Fuddruckers in Doral, Hialeah, and Pembroke Pines, Florida.</p>
